2001 – 2010

Blackhawk Collection/Museum – Staff Photographer & Administrative - San Francisco Bay Area

  • Staff photographer from 2006 to 2010 and photographed the museums collection of over 90 classic automobiles and all exhibits, art pieces, artifacts, and events

  • Maintained department budget

  • Developed and managed databases for image archive of museum collection's, general inventory, and photographic studio equipment

  • Produced two nationwide television spots advertising the museums automotive collection.

  • Designed and produced layouts for promotions, print advertisements, in-house displays, exhibitions and catalogs while adhering to off-set printing standards

  • Coordinated marketing with top international automotive periodicals, nationwide automotive concours, and direct, local markets

  • Assisted and reported to the Director of Marketing and Communications, Development Coordinator, Director of Operations, and the President of the Museum

  • Performed administrative duties, managed an operations staff of 8 employees, assisted the accounting staff, scheduled safety seminars, managed the book store inventory, developed the collection’s database and general inventory, and oversaw installations and special exhibitions.

  • Assisted the development coordinator by growing the relationship between affiliates such as the Smithsonian Institution, The Shanghai Auto Museum, The Auto Collections in Las Vegas, and The Petersen Museum in Los Angeles

  • Other duties included invoicing, resolving any billing discrepancies, and reporting to accounting at the end of each project
